Responsibilities:Full Audit Cycle:Performing the full audit cycle, which involves assessing risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives and regulations.Determining the internal audit scope and developing annual plans.Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts.Reporting and Recommendations:Preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document processes.Acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings.Continuous Monitoring:Maintaining open communication with management and the audit committee.Documenting processes and preparing audit findings memoranda.Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.Qualifications and Skills:Proven working experience as an Internal Auditor mid level.Advanced computer skills in MS Office, excel or google sheet, databases management.Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.Sound independent judgment.In summary, an Internal Auditor's work contributes to process improvements, control system adjustments, and risk mitigation, ultimately helping businesses operate more efficiently and effectively.
