Responsibilities:Will be responsible for preparation of legal documentsConducting due diligenceHandling of title insurance Drafting Leases and assisting with commercial real estate matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or related fieldProfessional certification or additional training in real estate law is a plusStrong knowledge and experience in legal document preparation and draftingFamiliarity with conducting due diligence in real estate transactionsKnowledge of title insurance processes and requirementsExperience in handling leases, including negotiation and draftingUnderstanding of commercial real estate practices and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentSalary: N120,000 and N180,000.
