Responsibilities:Manage the fulfillment of consumer on-line purchases.Coordinate all activities of vendor partners to include the management of their storefronts on AfroGems' e-commerce website.Coordinate all product fulfillments, transportation logistics, shipping, and warehousing.Partner with content management team to ensure timely updates of content on AfroGems website.Collaborate with social media marketing team to ensure that Gamefic's information on all social media platforms are up to date and accurate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop, and implement strategies to improve performance, analyze data, and recommend changes to improve operations.Assist AfroGems President on other administrative duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.Must have previous experience as an operations (or project) manager is requiredMust be very organized and have the ability to manage others effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.Experience with supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management is desirableAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
