Works Manager

Responsibilities:Maintaining grounds by mowing lawns, clearing leavesCompleting scheduled maintenance tasksConducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacingDelivering excellent customer serviceLiaising with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on timePainting and decorating or conducting general repairsPerforming cleaning activities such as ducting, mopping etc.Performing minor fixes such as broken locksChecking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesRequirements:Minimum academic qualification of BA/BSc/HND in any discipline Experience In General RepairsSkills:Excellent problem-solving skillsPractical skills in areas such as carpentry, electrical and plumbingKnowledge of how common electrical and mechanical items work and how torepair themThe ability to work as part of a teamKnowledge of hand and power toolsLocation:candidate must reside near or within Festac Town, Lagos
