Finance Manager

Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to optimize financial performance.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity.Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic decision-making.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
