Accountant

Responsibilities:Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPrepare receipt for customersHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company's financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct databasebackups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsRequirements:Candidates should posses a Bachelors degree Accounting, orFinance.1 - 2 years of Experience in accounting with proven successespecially in the Real Estate Industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures,including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks,QuickBooks, ZohobooksExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsAdditional certification (ICAN) is a plusResults-driven attitude with a focus to exceed goalsWillingness to learnand adapt to new accounting strategies and systemsMethod of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and aCover Letter using the Job Title as the subject of themail.
