Responsibilities:Cold Calling:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.Product/Service Knowledge:Develop a deep understandingof the products or services you are promoting and be able to effectivelycommunicate their features and benefits to prospects.Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potentialleads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.Objection Handling:Address any objections orconcerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions or information toovercome objections.Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments forprospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potentialcustomersFollow-Up:Maintain detailed records ofinteractions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move themthrough the sales funnel.Meet Targets:Meet or exceed daily, weekly,monthly and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build andmaintain positive relationships with customers to generate referrals.Compliance:Ensure compliance with telemarketingstandard operating procedures rules and regulations.Requirements:OND/HND/ BSC educational qualification preferred.Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations.Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.Benefits:Commission and incentives on qualified callsCareer growth opportunities are available within the company.Adequate telemarketing training provided
