Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate logistics solutions.Negotiate rates with direct customers and carriers to maximize profitability and ensure service satisfaction.Coordinate with operations teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of cargo.Manage to track sales leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.Prepare and present service presentations to new and existing clients.Resolve any customer complaints or issues regarding shipping services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build contacts and promote the company's services.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor DegreeHave strong logical thinking and language expression skills, and have certain communication skillsFamiliar with computer operations, such as Microsoft office software1 - 3 years of sales experience, working in logistics industry sales will be given priority.
