Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Branding:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and position Synenet Solar as a key player in the renewable energy market.
Design campaigns aimed at targeting individuals, businesses, real estate developers, and corporate clients, emphasizing the benefits of solar solutions.
Manage the company's digital presence including social media, SEO, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Sales Management & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities in key sectors such as real estate, commercial, and industrial markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and organizations to secure long-term contracts.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and proposals tailored to different market segments.
Set and track sales targets and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth in revenue and client acquisition.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform business strategy.
Identify potential partnerships or collaborations with businesses, local authorities, or organizations that align with Synenet Solar's growth vision.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a results-driven culture.
Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., technical, finance) to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
Provide training to the sales team on new products, market opportunities, and customer engagement techniques.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Oversee CRM systems to manage client relationships, sales leads, and track communication to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Ensure that customer feedback is captured and acted upon to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Event & Outreach Planning:
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Synenet Solar's services.
Organize Sales Outreach to ensure product and brand visibility
Work with partners and influencers to create joint campaigns and business opportunities.
Financial & Budget Management:
Manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and budgeting to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
Proven track record of scaling businesses through sales and marketing efforts.
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate and business markets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
