Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirements:• OND, HND and BSc holders• Self Motivated & Team Oriented• Must be a go-getter and have the ability to work with little or no supervision• Must possess solid networking, marketing, and negotiating skills• Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantageResponsibilities:• Manage the overall coordination, including the research, development and distribution of PowerPoint presentations to executive management for key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director• Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc• Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets• Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments• Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences and summits for networking, leads generation and deal-closing• Contribute to the overall sales collateral program• Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaignsBenefits:• Sales Executives are entitled to complimentary accommodation from the company if their location is far from the company's location• Sales Executives are paid 10% commission for every sale made, as well as incentives (monetary and household items)• Sales Executives have the option of choosing whether they want only sales commissions or both monthly salary and sales commissions• Sales Executives are entitled to HMO services for better health care
