Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitudeAssisting clients in finding their wayaround the officeHelping maintain workplace security byissuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitorlogs.Assisting with a variety of administrativetasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.Preparing meeting and training rooms.Answering phones in a professional mannerand routing calls as necessary.Assisting colleagues with administrativetasks.Performing ad-hoc administrative dutiesAnswering, forwarding, and screening phonecalls.Sorting and distributing mailProvide excellent customer serviceRequirements:Associate's or bachelor's degree in arelated fieldPrior experience as a receptionist or in arelated field.Consistent, professional dress and manner.Excellent written and verbal communicationskillsCompetency in Microsoft applicationsincluding Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good time management skills.Experience with administrative andclerical procedures.


Nominal Salary: From ₦ 75000 To ₦ 75000
