Responsibilities:Training:Delivers and facilitates training on the following categories of courses as will be assigned (indoor and outdoor)Category 1: Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) courses Category 2: Oil & Gas engineering, and technical coursesCategory 3: Leadership & Management coursesCategory 4: ISO 45,001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 coursesDelivers and facilitates training and any other courses that management assigns to you (indoor and outdoor)Set exam questions and submit to the training coordinator for approval, give student exam and supervise them and mark their exam scripted. Carryout research to prepare yourself for quality training delivery and also always make yourself available for train-the-trainer coursesDeveloping Course MaterialsDevelop new course materials (manuals and PPT Slides)Customize courses to meet corporate clients' needReview, edit, and update existing course material (manuals and PPT Slides).Source for relevant training images, videos, and simulatorsUpdates materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs.
