Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Supervise production and order entry.Keep track of key performance indicators (KPI) across different units.Monitorand report on unit performance.Supervise and train employees; provide administrative support (e.g., updatinginventory); ensure compliance with established standards.Providebasic training and supervision in operations to the company's employees.Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business units.Monitorcompliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.Coordinate all activities of the production team for efficient and timely jobcompletion.Ensuretimely delivery of the completed job to the client's location (within the stateor interstate).Producea timely and accurate report on job orders, completion, and delivery (daily,weekly, and monthly).Requirements:Minimumof a bachelor's degreeProvenexperience in overseeing operational processes; strong leadership and teamcoordinationOperations supervisor experienceProject management experience is a must haveSkills:Goodcommand of EnglishAbilityto work with different types of customersFamiliarand fluent in computer skillsProject managementMethod of Application:Interestedand qualified candidates should send their CV, using the job title as emailsubject
