Operations Manager

Responsibilities:?Overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations of the companies and its staff. Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency?Working alongside the CEO with respect to business growth (commissions apply to marketing/growth success)Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processesLeading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectivesOverseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnoverMentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of managementEstablishing policies that improve and promote company vision and cultureEvaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results?Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline3 years of working experience
