Responsibilities:Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Proficient in basic computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email.Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.Run occasional errands as required, such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, or other tasks as assignedEnsure the office space is kept clean and organized.Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.Coordinate with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs or improvements.Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Greet and assist visitors to the office.Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within the given working hours.Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant role.Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Physical capability to run errands and perform light office maintenance tasks.Proficiency in the use of MS Office.Competencies:Excellent management of schedules.Excellent verbal and written communication.The ability to effectively prioritize tasks.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Attention to detail.Proactiveness.The working hours:9: 00 AM – 5:00 PMThe working days:(Mondays –Fridays)Remuneration: NGN150,000 - 180,000
