Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth in line with our mission to serve the under-banked population.Oversee day-to-day operations including loan processing, savings management, customer service, and staff management to ensure efficient and effective operations.Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure financial sustainability while adhering to regulatory requirements.Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals, foster a positive work culture, and promote professional development.Maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risk effectively, and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline2 years of working experience
