Interior Designer (Intern)

Responsibilities:Assist in the development of design concepts and mood boards under the guidance of senior designers.Contribute to space planning, furniture layout, and material selection for residential and commercial projects.Assist with drafting floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.Participate in client meetings and presentations, presenting design ideas and concepts as needed.Support the project team in sourcing materials, furnishings, and accessories from vendors and suppliers.Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design presentations, specifications, and procurement schedules.Provide general administrative support to the design team, including organizing samples, maintaining project files, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Requirements:Recent graduate / NYSC Corper of a Bachelor's degree program in Interior Design or related field.Strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and other design software is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Availability to commit to a minimum of [3 days per week] for the duration of the internship period of 2 months.
