Responsibilities:Head the entire product management department, ensuring key roles are being executedDevelop product vision, experience and roadmap for the brand and product, and inspire, influence and lead creative teams and cross functional partnersEnsure the successful creation of a product that drives brand strategy and visionRecommend product development strategies that generate increased revenue through the sales of new productsConduct research and analysis to gain valuable insights into the target market to continuously evolve product development strategies and deliver improved customer experiencesOversee the entire product innovation process with a problem-solving approachInterview and hire product employees and teams to ensure the best candidates are chosen to maximize valueOwn the product vision - build customer-centric experiences, delightful product features, and a clear roadmap to drive mass product adoptionLead the strategic planning and prioritization of product capital spend against budgetEstablish Key Performance Indicators to track product usage and growthManage end-to-end product developmentOwn and execute the product portfolio and deployment to market through working collaboratively with cross functional team membersManage, measure and report on the required quality, scope, budget and outcomes of product delivery, to the appropriate stakeholdersEnsure overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are clearly managed and communicatedSet clear product vision, motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve effectiveness through Agile, new working practices, collaboration and partnerships Represent Product internally and externally to commercial partners and investors.Requirements:The preferred candidate should have extensive experience with product management, agile development methodologies, product launches, scaling, and change management, especially within the Fintech space. A track record in setting clear direction and driving high levels of engagement and performance across multidisciplinary teams. Leadership experience in communicating product expectations at the executive level. In-depth knowledge of payment processing, acquiring technologies, and industry regulations. Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication. Entrepreneurial, curious and highly proactive behavior is essential.
