Job Summary
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer & Graphics Designer with experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress Customisation & either of PHP or JavaScript.

Job Description
The ideal candidate must be capable of creating feature-rich websites from start to finish.
Candidates must also be able customise and (or) create WordPress plugins, and have a keen eye for design.
The selected candidate(s) will also be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator - for a variety of media.
Develop functional and visually appealing mobile-friendly websites & web pages.
Ensure our front-end experiences adhere to modern UI/UX standards.
Write efficient, robust and reusable code while adhering to WordPress coding standards.
Work with copywriters to produce final designs.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of WordPress and PHP development best practices.
Familiarity with content management and eCommerce solutions such as WordPress, Joomla and Magento.
Proven work experience as a website designer.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
MUST have a portfolio that showcases a variety of websites that you have designed.
Proficiency with graphic design apps such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP or JavaScript (jQuery).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
The ability to utilize low/no-code design and development tools like Webflow, Zappier, Squarespace, Shopify, Airtable, Typeform etc. will be of an added advantage.
