Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:Staff Supervision: Supervise and train food and beverage staff. Create work schedules and ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Work with the team to develop and maintain a positive guest experience.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure that inventory is properly stored and accounted for. Minimize waste and control costs.Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices.Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Control costs and maximize profitability. Prepare reports on financial performance and other key metrics.Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain records and documentation as required.Requirements:HND/Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
