Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for FTTH and long-haul fiber projects.Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout project lifecycles.Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely and efficient project execution, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that fiber optic installations and infrastructure meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and other disruptions.Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and providing regular financial reports to management.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in all project activities, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on fiber optic network deployment.Strong understanding of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and long-haul fiber optic technologies, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to fiber optic network deployment is a plus.Ability to travel as needed to project sites and meetings.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary, annualleave, leave allowance, Call allowance, HMO, GLI, etc. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for FTTH and long-haul fiber projects.
