Job Summary
Each district has a separate Commercial Section. The Commercial Department deals with the management of the activities constituting the Billing Cycles and the generation and recovery of revenue. S/he is responsible for managing all Commercial activities at the District level. The jobholder works in conjunction with the Commercial Back-office The Back Office manages, Meter reading, provides inputs to the HOG(R&C) and RMO who in turn report to the jobholder. The job holder also ensures smooth functioning of consumer relations and DA execution job in the District.

Job Description
To ensure resolution of Customer Grievances.
To ensure appropriate action on applications received by the Commercial Department.
To Work towards reducing AT&C losses
Prompt billing of customers
Supervision of cash drive / collection activities
Effective termination of detected theft in the system
Execution of Disconnection Advices.
To work towards providing a friendly atmosphere in the District office for enhancing consumer delight.
He has to ensure orderly working of Customer Complaints Center by overseeing to ensure minimum wait time for all walk-in customers Safety: The jobholder has to ensure that adequate safety measures are taken in the area of operation, compliance with all safety norms for self and the team (5%)
To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics, Accounting or Social Science with 10 - 15 years of experience
Strong Analytical Skills
Good Communication Skills
Proficient use of Microsoft office
NOTE: Upon selection, the candidate would be required to relocate in order work in our Office located in Benin, Edo State.
