Responsibilities:Provide vision and leadership that attracts team members buying into the company's visionMotivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organizationStrategy and Planning: Develop short/long term company and product roadmapEstablish and implement short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating proceduresBuild and motivate a world-class product, marketing and customer service teamResponsible for all elements of employee compensation plans and benefitsDevelop a financial plan for the organizationOperational management: Oversee operating plan, budget, cashflow, and company financesBuild and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team to include all company employees, while establishing a basic personnel policy, initiating and monitoring policies relating to personnel actions and training & development programsEnsure company and its businesses comply with all applicable and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practicesEstablish, achieve and report on financials and milestones to investors.Focus During the First 6 Months:Create an appropriate user acquisition strategyDevelop and lead execution of product developmentMarketing and customer serviceEstablish strategic partnerships with other companies to reach the ambitious user growth targetsCreate an appropriate short/long term visionRequirements:University degree, preferably MBA in the field of business administration and financePrior experience in sales and/or leadership efforts in a startup company, preferably with a background in financial servicesExcellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solvingExceptional oral and written communication skillsExtensive experience in fund raising and investor relationshipsTrack record of building innovative, creative and collaborative teamsStrong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day-to-day company operations.About company:Angala Financial Technologies, an emerging fintech company is looking for a new CEO to lead its team and digital platform development.
