Catering Supervisor

Responsibilities:Create and sensitize the team to new systems and processes to ensure seamless internal/external order and delivery serviceAssist with the delegation of day-to-day responsibilities to the Catering team, to produce and deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service of foodAssist with the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staffOversee both front and back of house operations, including kitchen crewMaintain high-quality food standardsOversee our kitchen staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirementsProvide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the sameRespond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectivelyDevelop strategies for improving our customers' ordering experienceWork with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning productsMaintain inventory of all needed suppliesIdentify methods our company can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profitsManage the staff work schedulesDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives including social media managementMonitor and follow up on orders, ensuring they read customers on the promised day/timeProvide recommendations on training and developmentPromote the brand through marketing initiativesPrepare weekly and monthly reports for the CEO by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trendsLead and ensure a seamless ordering process for customers ( handle calls and WhatsApp for business)Initiate and collate customer feedback Collate and disseminate vital information to all staff as need bePerform other related tasks as assigned.
