Business Manager

Responsibilities:Swiftly communicates risks and opportunities with leadershipEnsure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks & internal controlsOversees vendor management and outsourcingResponsible for all store bank account reconciliationsManages and oversees office staff, including recruiting/hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, termination etc.Coordinate all stakeholders, project managers and required resources to ensure Company objectives are timely achievedWillingly accepts other tasks and responsibilities outside of the direct scope of the role
