Job Description
Create and execute strategies to grow revenue
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research, focusing on SMEs looking to improve business operations or seeking HR services.
Build relationships with industry associations, and other key players in the SME ecosystem to expand Romanspage's reach and create partnership opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business challenges and design client-sspecific solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning using insights to refine marketing strategies.
Work with the digital marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to increase brand awareness, including email marketing, social media, and event-based promotions targeting SMEs.
Prepare compelling proposals, make presentations, and sales pitches tailored to prospective clients' specific needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant consulting experience in business development or marketing
Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Additional Information
The salary for this position ranges from N100,000 to N150,000, based on experience.
Additionally, a commission will be offered for revenue generated,
