Job Description On behalf of our Client in the Healthcare Services Sector, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Applications Support (Clinical/ERP Systems) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our clinical and ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Provide first-level and second-level support for clinical and ERP applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user needs and system requirements
Develop and maintain technical documentation for supported applications
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices
Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively identify and address potential issues
Participate in project implementations and system upgrades as needed
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare IT and ERP systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications support, preferably in healthcare or ERP systems
Strong knowledge of clinical systems and ERP applications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and database management
Experience with technical documentation and knowledge base management
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
Relevant certifications in ERP systems or healthcare IT systems preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
