Account Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customersMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue paymentsCommunicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate prompt paymentReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracyCollaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issuesPrepare and analyze reports to track receivables performance and identify trendsAssist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting processesStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredProven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Telecoms is a plus
