Company Description Our client is a leading International Management consultancy firm

Job Description

Setup accounting system for organization (books/ledgers)
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare and send invoices/quotations
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Submit tax reports, forms and make relevant tax payments
Identify and address discrepancies
Prepare all periodic accounting reports
Work with auditors to prepare statutory accounting reports
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Communicate and work with relevant vendors
Manage basic administrative functions i.e., procurement of office supplies,
coordinate office ambiance,
Create and Manage office filing system
Coordinate external communications with clients, vendors and other stakeholders

Qualifications

3 years of experience as an Account Officer
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating
spreadsheets) Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
Great communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

Salary: N150,000 monthly.

HMO and 13th-month salary available
