Job Description
A strictly Commission based role where payment will be made based on 10% of the software deal closed by the Technology Sales Executive. The software cost will go through approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
To raise the profile of Aflotech Consultants in companies within a wide range of market sector. To win new Technology software deals, either directly or through partners.
The Technology Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and closing quality technology software opportunities within and outside their network using Aflotech Consultants CRM & Sales software's made available to them.
Continually updating and cleansing our customer database and CRM system. Issuance of Software Sales Offer to specific leads using the Sales system.
Setting up a software sales campaign using the Email Marketing system on different pipelines for potential customers.
This role focuses on selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or individual software deals. These deals include but are not limited to implementations, deployments, upgrades, testing and training.
Identifying, engaging and ultimately building business relationships with key decision-makers via preferred medium.
Learn and develop a deep understanding of Aflotech Consultants software solutions.
Continually stay abreast of new product offers, emerging technologies and market drivers.
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of IT industry
Experience with technology and solution based sales
Sales experience in software solutions marketplace preferably in open source software.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales role
Fluency in English is required
Have a creative approach to motivate and do business with potential customers.
Strong computer and web proficiency including experience with Word, Excel and other web based CRM and sales automation tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Highly Motivated drive for success
