Job Description
To frame and execute all types of schemes in line with HO priority.
To create outages in line with PTW order ensure the execution of maintenance of all the electrical equipment or to cater to the outage requests of any other agencies in the Zone / BU.
To ensure effective preventive maintenance of all streetlights in the Zone / BU, including timely resolution of Streetlight complaints.
To effectively execute all loss reduction activities in the Zone/ BU to meet AT&C Targets.
Monitoring of daily zonal/BU works to ensure commercial/ operational compliance as per NERC timelines.
To prepare and execute action plan for improvement of reliability indices and other operational targets.
To ensure proper inventory management in Zone/ BU
To deploy safety initiatives as per the requirements in Zonal Safety Score Card.
To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) with minimum 5 years’ experience in O&M and over all 10years work experience
Knowledge of Network equipment, Load Flow Analysis, Technical Loss analysis and estimation process. Knowledge of reliability indices.
Analysis of Metering parameters, CP analysis, knowledge of tamper events, Hazard identification during meter installation. Meter Data Analysis.
Detailed knowledge of AT&C, technical losses like line losses, losses due to joints, service cables and transformer losses, calculation of AT&C, ability to conduct CP Analysis.
Complete Knowledge of PTW Guidelines - Understanding of Safety procedure of Equipment isolation and Earthing. Ability to identify proactive violation of PTW.
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
NOTE: Upon selection, the candidate would be required to relocate in order work in our Office located in Benin, Edo State.
