Responsibilities:Ensure that all the store fronts they manage are opened at the right time dailyEnsure that all items provisioned for sale are made available at least one (1) hour before the store open timeEnsure that all trackers and boards are updated to reflect the meals provisioned for the dayEnsure that all products available for sale are uploaded to the back end, and visible on the front endPerform hourly checks to confirm that the front-end of the store is displaying the right meals accuratelyEnsure that all orders are complete, sent out in the best condition, and dispatched on timePeriodically check if there is any flaw in the order placement flow when no order has been received on a particular channel for more than 30minsUnderstand the cook times per meal, to inform on timelines for requesting the second batch, especially if a meal has only one portion left before 12pmUnderstand the predefined process flows and share reports as at when dueRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an Operations related roleYou must have completed studies at a University, Polytechnic or similar institutionWe would prefer candidates who live on the Island, especially around Oniru/Victoria Island axisYou should be familiar with CRM, and comfortably use spreadsheets to collect, analyze & interpret dataEffectively manage projects using project management techniques and toolsBe conversant with operations in such industries as Food and Beverage, FMCG, e-Commerce, Transportation, and othersMust be able to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, and able to negotiate, tooDemonstrate results in improving business performance through leadershipHave a highly developed sense of urgencyMust be willing to work shifts between Mondays to SundaysMust be willing to work at least 20 shifts a monthShould have a good understanding of store operations and logisticsStrong communication and reporting skillsUnderstand the predefined process flows and share reports as at when dueLocation:We are prioritizing candidates who live on the Island especially around Oniru/VI environsRemuneration:NGN80,000 monthly salary (net), on working 20 shifts a month.Airtime AllowanceCareer Growth Opportunities Discount on Eden orders and subscriptionsGreat colleagues & an amazing work cultureOh, and a chance to 10x the quality of life of Nigerians!Note:Payment per shift isNGN4,000, but you will be paid at the end of the month.You are only entitled to work one shift a day, so that you can have work-life balance
