Sports Coach

Responsibilities:This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Sports coaches/instructors help children torealize their potential in a sporting discipline through the provision ofinstruction, advice and encouragement.Coachesare responsible for planning, organizing and delivering an appropriate range ofsports activities and programmes for individuals and teams. Requirements:Knowledge of different sports,rules, techniques, and strategies.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail in planning sports programs and schedules.Ability to work collaborativelywith other coaches, teachers, and staff members.Proficient in using educationaltechnology and softwareKnowledge of different teachingstrategies and methodologiesPatience, empathy, and agenuine passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and learningneedsProficiency in English(additional language proficiency is a plus)Good understanding of culturaldifferences and willingness to navigate and embrace diversityFlexibility to work in afast-paced and dynamic environmentDedication to professionalgrowth and continuous learningQualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Sports Science,Physical Education, or a related field.Proven 5 - 10 years Experience in coachingand training students in a variety of sportsFirst aid and CPR certifications arepreferredRemuneration: NGN200,000 -500,000 Depending on Experience.Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
