Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic person with strong sales and marketing experience in the healthcare or related industry. The individual will be responsible for delivering company's sales strategy and targets, identifying potential medical facility clients, recruiting and coordinating a team of sales agents and customer service staff. The successful candidate must be pro-active, result-oriented and be able to function effectively in the field.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve company's revenue targets
- Recruit and lead a team of sales agents and customer service staff
- Identify and close leads and sales opportunities
- Act as account manager for existing clients including after sales support and customer care
- Gather market intelligence and deliver reports to management
Competencies and Skills Required;
1. Possess Bachelor degree or HND
2. 10years sales experience in healthcare or relevant industry
3. Experience leading sales or customer service teams
4. Excellent presentation skills
5. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
6. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
7. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
8. Access to relevant contacts in the healthcare industry (will be added advantage)
