Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive site measurements and capture detailed information foras-built measurements, ensuring accurate documentation for the design team.Supervise cutting operations at the production facility, ensuring all pieces are cut tothe required dimensions and technical specifications are followed.Monitor material quantities and ensure efficient utilization of resources, includingboards and edge tapes, at the production facility.Coordinate the delivery of materials to the site, ensuring they are offloaded safelyand stored in a secure location.Maintain meticulous records of all machines, tools, and furniture accessoriessupplied to the site, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with the design team to translate technical drawings into actionableplans for on-site installation.Coordinate the activities of on-site teams, including carpenters, electricians, andpaint sprayers, to ensure smooth project execution.Enforce strict adherence to site safety standards and address any workercomplaints or concerns promptly.Monitor worker attendance and ensure adherence to scheduled work hours andquality standards during installation processesReport any discrepancies or difficulties encountered during the project to thedesign team for collaborative resolution.Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, ensuring all equipmentand tools are accounted for and in optimal working condition.Conduct regular progress reports to the design team, including daily summariesand progress images.Communicate effectively with the installers working on site and the design team toaddress any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate project inspections with the design team and clients to identify andaddress any remaining snags or issues before final project handover.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of HND2 years of working experience
