Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.Develop project plans, including defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to execute project deliverables.Monitor project progress and budget, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and presentations to ensure alignment and accountability.Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and invoices.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.Requirements:OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.A calm & professional demeanorProven experience as a project manager, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools)Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.Knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials is highly desirable.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse interior design projects and contribute to the success of our studio.
