Responsibilities:Understanding & Management of Knowledge Services Line:Responsibility for day to day running of Harley Reed's KnowledgeServices, with specific responsibility for tutor delivery and course management as directed by Senior Managers and Directors.Managementof knowledge services includes tutor rotas across various supply chain professionalcourses and short courses.Reviewof training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures and other educationalmaterials.Supportdirect line in evaluating existing learning and development procedures whilealso recommending new ideas across Harley Reed's Knowledge Services.Managerecords and prepare reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitorprogress of students.Identify potential cross-selling opportunities with existingstudents and corporate clients for Harley Reed's Knowledge Services.Supportdirect line in ensuring all tutors meet the required standards in terms oftraining skills, experience and qualifications while supporting tutors todevelop up-to-date training skills.Ensurethat feedback and surveys are completed by students and corporates.Providesupport across the Harley Reed group where necessary.Employee Relations:Establish and maintain cordialrelationship with other employees across all departments to ensure harmoniousworking environment.Constantly monitor the work ofsubordinates and maintain rapport with them at all times.Information & Reporting:Prepare periodic reports relating tojob functions.Collate and analyze all feedback and surveys. Provide clear and timely feedback on the progress ofprojects and training programmes.Stakeholder Management & Relations:Liaise with both the Harley Reedgroup and external training tutors/facilitators for effective service deliveryto enhance training programmes.Financial Management:Provide input in the preparation of the annualbudget for Knowledge Services.Work closely with the direct line to ensure thatassigned budgets are judiciously used for the execution of projects.EducationBachelor'sdegree in Education, Business Administration or any related fieldMembership of a professional body (CIPS, CILT,CIM, CIPD) will be preferred.Experience:Five (5) years' experience with at least 2 yearsin professional certification training.Knowledge& Skills:Excellent working knowledge ofcurrent and emerging training tools and learning interventions/aids.Demonstrate potential capacity to technically developand manage all supply chain trainings to a standard level.Ability to manage training programmes from preparationto post course evaluationEffective time management – delivery of scope, prioritizationof issues, achieving deadlinesGood networking, communication andinterpersonal skills.Ability to develop and maintainstrong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and workeffectively with all categories of employees.Ability to work in a fast paced andoften pressured environment.Good analytical skills.Business development skills.The CompanyOriginally founded as a partnership in 1991, Harley Reed was incorporated as a UK limited liability company in 1993.
