Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to staff, students, andteachers regarding hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner to minimize disruptions inteaching and learning.NetworkAdministration: Set up, configure, and maintain the school's computer network,including wired and wireless connections. Ensure network security, monitorusage, and implement appropriate measures to protect sensitive data andsystems.SystemMaintenance: Regularly update and maintain computer systems, servers, andsoftware applications used in the school. Perform routine maintenance taskssuch as system backups, software installations, and upgrades to ensure smoothoperations. Proficiencyin managing school website and School result portal.Installcomputer hardware and software, update applications and perform diagnostictests and maintenance on computer components. Requirements:BA/BSc/HND degree in Information Technology. Computer science or related fieldExperience in computers/ ICTA minimumof (5) four years of post-qualification work experience in ICTStrongtechnical skills in hardware and software troubleshootingKnowledgeof network administration and cyber securityExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
