Job Description
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Being up to date on legislative and industry trends to ensure HR procedures and policies are created, updated and communicated effectively to all employees
Planning and implementing the whole employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to an incredible onboarding process to the celebration of milestones.
Developing key people frameworks: performance management, career progression, learning & development and compensation.
Taking responsibility for recruitment across the business, working closely with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right personnel to meet our business standards
Working with the leadership team to further define company values and the best methods to communicate these.
Maintaining department records, reports and directory
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a related field
5 years’ minimum work experience in human resources role
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Vast knowledge of human resources policies and people functions; including benefits, recruitment and performance guidelines
Creative, forward thinking and well organised
