House Keeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:Staff Supervision: Supervise and train housekeeping staff. Create work schedules and ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Address any maintenance issues promptly and ensure they are resolved.Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Work with the team to ensure that guest rooms are prepared according to company standards.Training and Development: Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and standards. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and maintain safety procedures and practices. Monitor and report any health and safety hazards.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
