Creative Director

Responsibilities:Lead the creative team in developing innovative and compelling digital content strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that align with client objectives and brand identity.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and target audience, and translate these insights into creative concepts and solutions.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and conceptualization to execution and delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.Provide strategic direction and guidance to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic DesignMinimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital agency or media companyProven track record of developing and executing successful digital content strategies and campaignsStrong creative portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and campaigns across digital platforms
