Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Requirements:Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A post graduate degree would be added advantage.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on-post graduation experience in construction project management.Cognate experience in Real Estate construction project managementPMP or relevant certification is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence, and ability to contribute to corporate culture.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.Excellent Leadership and communication skills.A good team player with good negotiation skills.Proficient in project management software.Must be versatile, innovative, and passionate.Ready and available to work long hours in challenging but exceptionally rewarding environment.
