Responsibilities:Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issuesSource for prospective clients for the organizationSubmit reports to the Business manager on all activitiesCo-ordinate and assist in any emergencies and reviewing and processing incident reportsSupport and implement new policies and proceduresSupport in mobilizing new sitesRequirements:Must have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicalsMinimum of OND qualification levelMinimum of two years experienceExcellent customer service skillsStrong management skills
