The jobholder has primary responsibilities at his position – Ensuring uninterrupted supply of quality power to the consumers, ensuring maximization of revenue, ensuring maintenance activity with planning, AT&C loss reduction, smooth functioning of Administration , Discipline & Ethical practices. The job is Techno-commercial and administrative in nature wherein the jobholder as the District Head is responsible for the overall management and operations of the District office and; constant supervision of zonal / BU activities.

Job Description
To monitor Predictive and Preventive maintenance of Assets and Network Upgradation to meet future Load growth ensuring Asset Optimization.
Enhancing Billing Efficiency and Revenue Discipline.
Analysis of Various MIS : Ensuring analysis of MIS on various key parameters viz Reliability parameters, PA compliance, Energy Input, Billing and Collection efficiency, OPEX, CAPEX, Safety etc. and to derive Short term and Long term plans for Overall improvement in coordination with all Stake holders.
To act as liaison with Public Representatives and various external agencies.
Ensure implementation of new technologies
Monitoring of Distt. Commercial Department and Consumer Grievance Redressal prescribed by supply code.
To work towards developing Customer Relationships.
To ensure safety culture amongst all with zero tolerance as per safety guidelines.
Responsible for building capacity & capability of the team members in his/her Group/Department. Enhance employee engagement with satisfaction & motivation through R&R. Manpower planning in proactive manner.
To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
B.Sc. (Electrical) with 10 to 15 years of experience
In depth knowledge of the distribution system, maintenance practices, knowledge and usage of online testing equipment.
Complete Knowledge of Technical loss calculation and its reduction technique. Knowledge of SL-1,to SL-4).Data analysing skills to identify any suspected theft cases.
Knowledge of different type of theft in meters.
In-depth knowledge of load estimation, back feeding availability, Deviation settlement mechanism and ability to advise on better management of load variations, analyses load growth and load demand and provides inputs on network planning based on analysis
Complete Knowledge of PTW Guidelines - Understanding of Safety procedure of Equipment isolation and Earthing. Ability to assess and authorise PTW.
NOTE: Upon selection, the candidate would be required to relocate in order work in our Office located in Benin, Edo State.
