Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Grow the investment portfolio in line with the company's strategy.Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with clients within the retail and HNI segment.Prepare sales pitches, presentations and other documents required for client's engagements.Act as liaison between the company and existing/prospective clients.Monitor industry trends and obtain necessary intelligence to be used for product developmentProactively manage client's relationships.Drive engagements and close sales of deposit products with retail and HNI clientsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in financial institution with primary focus on deposit mobilization.Minimum of a B.Sc. preferably in any field of studyHigh achiever with proven record of ability to grow retail deposits and client base at minimal cost of funds.Broad knowledge of treasury products, money market instruments and client managements.Broad knowledge of retail and MSME deposit segments.Business savvy, including a proven understanding of market segmentation and ability to identify opportunities Strong negotiating, counseling and problem solving skills.Good knowledge of CBN policies on Know Your Customer and AML/CFT.Maturity and tact including the ability to relate with different levels of authority both internally and externallyAble to work well independently and in a teamExcellent interpersonal skills.Energetic and sound decision-making skills.
