Building Surveyor

Requirements:Bachelor degree / Diploma in Building Surveying / Civil Engineering or it equivalent

Well grounded in geography, mathematics, and economics

Familiar with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software

Good Interpersonal relationship with team member

Ability to translate simple ideas into architectural concept

Willing to work in all states within Nigeria, in any kind of weather conditions

Comprehensive project management skills on the jobResponsibilities:Will meet with team member to discuss project ideas and construction requirements

Inspect buildings for flaws and defects before commissioning

Carry out feasibility studies and forecast unforeseen circumstances

Advise on health and safety aspects of construction on a daily basis

Advise on environmental impact, and energy efficiency

Dealing with planning applications and prepare insurance assessment
