The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-day operations, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting companies’ services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues.

Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake procedures.
Demonstrate competencies of a high standard to customer service.
Assign work schedules, following work requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
Observe and evaluate workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications
Resolve customer complaints regarding employee performance or services rendered.
Receive payments from clients and track all transactions and keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
Evaluating staff performance, identify & coordinate staff training and overall guidance
Requirements:
BSc and NYSC is required
Basic administrative, Microsoft office skills
2 years of solid experience in related field
Must be based on the island
Proficient in English (oral and written)
