Asset Manager

Responsibilities:Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues..Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress to upper managementDesigning and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control proceduresExamine the levels of materials and supplies to determine shortagesDocument daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventoryCreate detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levelsEvaluating new inventory, ensuring it's ready to shipProperly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficienciesAnalyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective dealsHire and train new employeesRequirements:Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in a related fieldMaster degree is an added advantage4 years of working experience
