Responsibilities:Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growthOversees daily activity of the teamPrepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as neededManages team workloads to meet goals and deadlinesEnsures customer requirements are met promptlyPromotes and enforces safety in the workplaceIdentifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectivenessExecutes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employeesEvaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvementsManage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocationOversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfactionReview financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitabilityRevise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementationManage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendorsEvaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metricsEnsure that the company runs with legality and conformity with established regulationsRequirements:At least 2 years of relevant experienceHND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Location:Lekki, Lagos, NigeriaRemuneration: NGN100,000 -150,000 Gross
